Update regarding MFA / One-Time Passcode
Starting June 28, entering your MFA/OTP Code incorrectly 5 times will temporarily lock out your account. You will need to try again at a later time.
Please note-If you have not processed a payment in the last 18 months, please contact Trustmark Customer Service at 855.731.0243 to ensure your Enrollment is current in the Tax Payment system.
Otherwise a pre-note transaction will be sent beforehand to keep your enrollment active if you: 1.) Have made state payments, but no federal payments in 16 months or longer OR
2.) Have made a federal payment within 18 months with no state payments made.
