Hillsborough County Roll Cart Order Application
This application allows customers to request an additional cart, a cart for moving into a new home without one, or a size swap.
Payments can be made using a credit/debit card or through an eCheck withdrawal.
Customers will be identified by their residential property address or folio number after completing the Resident Information form on the following page.
The folio number can be found in the top right corner of your property tax bill or by using the Find Folio Number search link below.
Your property information must be verified to confirm the correct delivery location for your roll carts.
Please note: There are fees associated with an order or swap request.
- Additional Cart: $65 per roll cart: There are three available sizes to choose from: 35, 65, or 95-gallon. Customers are allowed to place up to two roll-carts of each commodity out for collection on scheduled collection days: two gray garbage and two blue recycling carts.
- Moved into an existing home without a cart: $65 per roll cart: There are three available sizes to choose from: 35, 65, or 95-gallon. Customers are required to have one County-issued gray garbage roll cart.
- Cart-Size-Swap Fee: $20 per swap to exchange an existing cart for a different size (35, 65, or 95-gallon). The existing roll cart must be placed at the curbside for the technician to complete the swap. Cart should be empty, or no more than half full when possible. If the cart is not at the curb for the size swap, the exchange will not be completed, and a new cart size swap order will be required, leading to an extended delay in service and refund. Cart size swap requests should not be used to replace damaged roll carts. To replace a damaged roll cart with a new one of the same size only, call Solid Waste Customer service at (813) 272-5680.
